Throughout this website we have displayed the inventory of products we sell, and have included useful specifications to assist customers in deciding which products best suit their needs. While a substantial portion of our business remains the fulfillment of 'off the shelf' mill length pre-assembled metal screen and grating, an ever growing demand for custom fabrication has resulted in a substantial capital investment to equip all our plants with the best available cutting, forming and welding equipment in order to deliver a fabricated end product that meets the exacting requirements of our clients. Along with the best equipment we have also made a commitment towards staffing our fabrication areas with the very best tradespeople available. Quality material, quality equipment and quality people results in the quality product that is expected by our customers.
Our custom fabrication capability includes an in-house technical drawing department that will create the drawings for our customers to review and approve before we proceed with any fabrication. No job is ever started without a sign-off on the drawings from our customers. This ensures our tradespeople are working to exact specifications with a vision of what the final fabricated product should be. Again, another quality control procedure put in place to achieve our goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
If you require a custom landing, walkway or tread speak to your ASG Sales Representative. While landings, walkways and treads are a large portion of our fabrication delivery we also do many other custom fabrication projects such as:
- Mesh Infill Panels
- Mesh Industrial Fan Guards
- Custom cut, welded & painted platforms
- Window applications
- Security Screening
- Stair rails
The list of custom fabrication capabilities continues to grow with every request we receive from a customer. If you have a custom project in mind call your Accurate Screen Sales Representative, they will provide you with information on our fabrication capabilities and, when required, an estimate along with the completion timeline for your review prior to commencing the fabrication process.
